- Confirm the email address is spelled correctly.
- Check spam and promotions folders.
- Ask the booker to resend the invitation.
- If you already have a Gixtra account, sign in with the invited email address.
- Check that the invitation was sent from the correct band.
If someone wants to use a different email address than the one they were invited with, they should first accept the invitation with the invited email address. After joining, they can change their email address in their profile.
